UPCOMING CROWDFUND CAMPAIGN - ONE IN THE CHAMBER

Microscopic Cog Films is preparing to launch a crowdfunding campaign for One in the Chamber, a darkly comic science-fiction short film currently moving towards pre-production. The campaign is expected to run through Indiegogo and will be structured in three distinct stages, allowing supporters to follow the film’s development from its earliest preparation through to final completion.

Stage One will focus on pre-production: developing the visual world of the film, preparing the cast, refining the practical and technical requirements, securing locations and ensuring that the production is properly planned before filming begins.

Stage Two will support principal photography, covering the period in which the film is actually shot. This stage will bring together the cast, crew, equipment, locations and action required to capture the story on screen.

Stage Three will fund post-production, including editing, sound, music, visual effects, colour grading and the final work needed to prepare the film for exhibition and the festival circuit.

By dividing the campaign into three stages, Microscopic Cog Films can approach each phase with a clear purpose and remain transparent about how the project is progressing. It also allows the film to grow step by step without compromising its quality through insufficient preparation or resources. One in the Chamber will only move forward when the necessary support is in place, because the intention is to make the film properly and to a standard worthy of its performances, visual ambition and festival goals.
